If we don't deliver what we agreed, you don't pay for it.

Hiring a development team is mostly a bet on whether they'll finish. We've all heard the stories — the project that ran three months over, the developer who stopped replying, the half-built thing you paid for twice.

So we put it in writing. We scope the work in detail before anyone writes code, we agree a price and a delivery date, and if we miss what we committed to, you get your money back. Not a discount, not a credit against future work. Your money.
