What we do.

Six services, one team. The developer who scopes your project is the developer who builds it — there's no handover to a delivery team, because there isn't one. Pick the one that sounds closest to your problem; if none of them do, just tell us the problem.

Services

  • BESPOKE BUSINESS SYSTEMS

    Custom Software Development

Internal systems, customer portals, booking platforms, dashboards and workflow tools — built around how your business actually works rather than how off-the-shelf software thinks it should.

  • AI, AGENTS & WORKFLOWS

    AI & Automation

Practical AI inside real business processes. Document search that cites its sources, agents that complete multi-step work, and automation that removes the retyping between systems.

  • FROM IDEA TO LAUNCH

    SaaS & MVP Development

For founders with an idea that needs to exist before it can be judged. Technical planning, prototyping, and a first version built on foundations that won't need replacing at version two.

  • DESIGN, BUILD & MAINTAIN

    Websites & WordPress

Custom themes, custom plugins and the maintenance behind them. Also the rescue job: inherited sites that are slow, broken, or held together by twenty plugins.

  • IOS & ANDROID

    Mobile App Development

iOS and Android, from first sketch to store listing — including the review rejections and the update cycle nobody warns you about.

  • RESEARCH, PROTOTYPE, INTERFACE

    Design

Research, wireframes, prototypes and interfaces. We design what we build, so nothing gets drawn that can't be built at the price we quoted.

How a project runs.

  1. Conversation

You tell us what you're trying to do. We ask the awkward questions early: budget, deadline, who else is involved, what happens if this doesn't ship. Free, usually 30–45 minutes.

  2. Scope and quote

We write down exactly what we're building, in detail specific enough to hold us to. Fixed price, fixed date. This document is what the guarantee is measured against.

  3. Design

Wireframes, then prototypes you can click. Changes here cost nothing; changes after here cost time.

  4. Build

Weekly demos on a staging URL you can open any time. You see the thing taking shape rather than getting a status email.

  5. Launch and after

We deploy, monitor, and stay on through the settling-in period. Maintenance afterwards is optional and priced separately — we won't lock you into a retainer to keep your own site running.

Not sure which of these you need?

Most people aren't. Describe the problem rather than the solution and we'll work out the rest.
